What I want: Many other modules' default emails can be edited in the control panel, but the Reward & Conduct notifications that go to parents can't be edited. I would like to be able to edit them.
Why I want it: Our simplest reward is set so that teachers don't enter a reason because we want it to be super quick for teachers to give them. However the email sent out to parents says the following: "The reason for this is: A description was not entered for this award." This doesn't look professional so I want to edit it.

I totally agree with Paul, If your customers are asking for features why do they not appear to be listened to.
Please could we have an update on this?
As things stand, this is the second most voted for idea ever on this portal, and has been consistently floated as an idea for many years.
Given the above, please can someone from iSAMS take the time to explain why this idea has sat in "Good Feature" limbo for over a year now? Much fanfare was given to the launch of this new Ideas portal; customers are engaging with it, but not much is being done to inspire confidence that our ideas are actually being listened to any more than in the past.
This is not an "I want this, give it to me now" rant, rather a plea for engagement and timely communication from iSAMS. Your current approach makes it impossible to reasonably defend you, as a service provider, when school leadership questions why such features continue to be missing year after year.

Ditto all the below. We would like to customise the notifications and also like a list of different placeholders associated with the reward/conduct that we could use in the template
This request is being asked for increasingly among our 100+ schools. I would say this isn't an Idea but a requirement for a system.
Is this on the roadmap for development?
The text in the email template is very basic and at International schools we tend to send notifications in several languages for our parents. Also The module Rewards & Conducto is very versatile for different uses NON Conduct related, so it would be fantastic to be able to edit the templates and asign different templates to the different MODULE TYPES, see the screenshot with Module Types not related to rewards or conduct, but Naps or Lunch etc.
Also it would be excellent to be able to edit the templates for PUSH Notifications in a similar manner.
We would also like to edit the email that goes to the pupil and the teachers.
Still waiting for this to be changed. This is causing many issues regarding to safeguaring in our schools...

We would also like to be able to edit the subject line of the email notification so that it references the student's preferred forename. The lack of ability to do this causes distress to our gender-questioning students.
If you look at the Merged Idea, this is over 15 years old, and we are all crying out for it. It makes the module unusable for young children, and embarrassing that we keep having to explain to parents that we have no control over the wording of these emails. Forgetting to do prep isn't really poor conduct!

Editable templates please - this causes unnecessary conflict with parents: "inform you that NAME has received a mark of poor conduct (Prep) against them for incomplete in [subject] by [Teacher]. The reason given for this is: " The impact of what is written is lost due to the negativity of the phrasing; it also limits the conversations that can be had to improve the learning.
Please add in the subject as well as the awarding teacher. Some teachers may teach more than one subject so this can cause confusion.
The email from iSAMS currently says: "This is an automated notification to inform you that NAME has received a mark of poor conduct (Prep) against them for incomplete in [subject] by [Teacher]. The reason given for this is: "
The phrase "mark of poor conduct" is quite antagonositic for parents. Could this part of the email be editable?
Could we please have the list of available fields for the template?
We would like to include basic details of students (Form/Year Group) on the email template for pastoral leaders.
Does anyone have a list of the available merge fields? ISAMS support say there is no such list.
We would like to replace <!--Pupil--> with whatever the identifier is for Preferred name.

I'm continually getting comments from parent about this, I'm hoping this feature will make an appearance very soon. So many other features like this are editable. Such as the emails in cover manager.

We are just in the process of migrating to iSAMS and not being able to edit this email template has been a frustration as we would like to use different wording on consequence notifcations that go to parents. It would be great if this could be added to the roadmap.
