Often times, when there is an unfortunate need to change the dates in 'Available to enter until' for many columns of multiple gradebooks much later, it is insanely time consuming to change the dates one by one. To simplify the process, it would be great if this feature can be considered so as to change those dates of multiple columns in just 2 or 3 steps like how the unlocking/locking data entry of multiple gradebooks feature was added recently. This is something we’re looking into. I just wanted to get a bit more detail on how you see this being delivered. At the moment, teachers can add what are, for all intents and purposes, custom assessment columns in the Gradebook. Since these columns don’t exist when a module like Curriculum Manager templates a Gradebook, or when a user builds one manually, it’s difficult to apply rules to them.
Would it work better as a single publish function for the whole Gradebook, rather than a workflow to select multiple columns?
