Gradebook - ability to calculate "SHARED CALCULATED COLUMNS"

My gradebook from HOD/Department contained the first two columns that were calculated and shared from each teacher’s gradebook. However, to make the Department gradebook easy to view, the work around is to “add calculated column” and sum each teacher’s gradebook but this would only work if the Department Grade column is selected “Not Shared”. (Shared as read only wouldn’t allow calculations)

This means if I want to use Department grade column across other gradebooks, it’s not possible. It would make life so much easier to be able to share “calculated shared columns.”
