When a student leaves, midway through an academic year/ course, the students remain in the gradebook although greyed out. At the present we're having to go through the Master Gradebook and each and every Individual Gradebooks to remove them one at a time. Please can we have an option to bulk remove the greyed out student leavers. This is especially helpful at the end of each term or even better for rollovers to new academic year for extended courses.
What we are seeing either from year to year (when gradebooks run over multiple years) or in-year when a pupil leaves, is that if there is data for that pupil in the Gradebook they remain on the gradebook but greyed out even when they are off-roll. Occasionally it occurs when pupils are added in error and have shared column data e.g. baseline data, even if they have no 'active' data from that particular gradebook.
