Please set up notifications/emails for actions that have been complete on wellbeing manager
This will save a lot of time for DSLs who have several concerns to manage and have to open them individually most days to check for an action update.

It would be nice if there were two options when adding an outcome to a concern. One to notify those with visibility of the concern, and another to include the outcome text in the email where the detail added is not confidential.
