Due to the sensitivity of the records in Well-being Manager, the visibility group is limited. Hence, authors of the concern do not automatically get visibility to the concern created. However, it would be efficient if once they are assigned to an action item that they automatically get added to the concern visibility group, instead of having to manually add them there.
It doesn't appear to be possible for someone to only have visibility of an action at the moment? Only to receive an email saying that they have been assigned an action. The idea above could be handled be the addition of a checkbox to ensure that any updates to concern visibility were intentional. (As suggested in https://ideas.isams.com/ideas/MIS-I-4505 )
Add assignee to concern visibility
Thank you for your suggestion, however this is not something we would implement for privacy reasons. Adding a staff member automatically to a concern may give access to someone who should only see the action. When creating the action, the user can add details of the concern (without giving full details), so that the person completing the action does not need access to the full concern. If the user wishes to give full access to the concern, then adding the person to the visibility means the user has checked that the person should have access.
