Would it please be possible to stop isams from sending Missed Reg Alerts to classes that are suspended? Neither of the suggestions provided in the guidance (below) is suitable without disrupting emails going to classes that do take place.
From isams guidance:
Missed Registration Alerts does not cover suspended lessons. If you have suspended lessons, you can manage alerts in one of three ways:
If registrations are set up by division, enable registration dates and times for the division that does not include the suspended year groups.
If registrations are enabled for all divisions and include suspended year groups, check which registrations are still needed. For example, an AM or PM registration that must still be completed daily. Enable alerts for those registration sessions only.
If no registrations are needed and registrations are set up for all divisions, disable alerts for the duration of the timetable suspension. On the Missed Registration Settings tab, set the first dropdown to Disabled. No emails will be sent.
