Building on the work done in MIS-I-3796, we would benefit from the ability to pick a template when setting if/when an email will notify the parents.
We currently have various email templates set up within the student manager for medical notifications. For minor injuries we have a standard email, but we use a different one where there's been a head bump which includes the signs of concussion to watch out for. It would be great if we could set both up within Medical Centre and then pick the template as well as the timing (Now/Default/Never) when logging the item.
