We've had a couple of issues running these where the pupil filter would not populate. On looking at it with support, the issue seems to be that it only lists pupils who meet all of the criteria. Please could you add a note like "No pupils meet the selected criteria" into the pupil drop down when there are no matches. This would help SLT see the position immediately and reduce unnecessary calls to support.
