It would be highly beneficial if families received the notification with the file already attached.

Hi Daniel,
Attaching a file to notifications, would a number of knock on effects unfortunately.
The notification itself would be much larger and take longer to send, also systems could potentially flag and block these notification due to the addition of a file.
For these reason, we wouldn't be looking to implement this change at this time.
