Show Room Name on Student Timetable rather than Room Code
Although we add a key to the room codes for students, they never read it, and still ask us every year what room is such and such code. It would just be so helpful if the room name showed on their timetables under the Location heading.

This can be done in Timetable Manager in the TImetable Customisation tab. Select the 'Period Box Options' for student timetables and then 'Period Box Wizard' (it isn't obvious that this is a link so I only found it by accident!). You can then configure what appears on student timetables.
Now if only the same thing were available in cover outputs...
