The Communications History in Student Manager always loads on Letter History. We don't send many letters, most of our comms is email. We'd like to be able to have a drop down within the Management Options that would let us change it to default to the Email History instead. This would save us some time.
I can see that it's possible some schools would still want to default to Letter History which is why I'm suggesting a drop down and not just asking for it to be changed to Email History for everyone.
