Recently the landing/homepage has changed and when a user first accesses the portal, before log in, there is hard coded text of "Your new portal is ready to be configured. Please see the Cloud Portals Management module to add / remove dashboard widgets". Please either allow schools to edit that text or remove it completely from this screen. Example below:
