Problem: In email wizard, when you press return it inserts a paragraph rather than a new line (you have to press shift and return to get a new line). This means that when pasting in from a doument you get two clear lines between each paragraph instead of one. In order to correct this you need to delete the two lines and then press return to insert the correct paragraph spacing. The developers have confirmed this is expected beahviour and asked me to submit an idea to have it changed.
Solution: Make the email wizard text editor only create a new line (not a new paragraph) when you press return, in the same way as Word does.
