Is there any way that we can amend the automated emails from discipline manager? I can't seem to find anywhere in the settings.
Ideally we would like an additional column that states what the detention was for. This would then help in reassigning missed detentions - if this was a first missed detentionor whether a pupil has already missed a detention which would need to be escalated.
Control Panel > E-Mail Manager > Outbound E-Mail Templates: Manage E-Mail Templates > Discipline Manager ...
The merge field that you need to output what the detention is for is "<!--OffenceDescription-->"
