I believe that presently (June 2025), changes to family construction which directly affects student contacts are not logged in the audit log for student records (the audit log accessible from header bar)
My school was recently investigating an incident where a contact was missing from student record as a result of a family construction being deleted. However because family construction changes are not log, we were unable to determine who actioned changes to the family construction which led to missing contacts.
