Looking at the Developer reference pages on the developer portal, it appears that you can't create contacts in either Applicants or Current students using the REST API. The only documentation listed is the GET function.
For Enterprise businesses wanting to integrate iSAMS with their CRM, this seems a very standard function that is missing from the iSAMS REST API.
Please action this as soon as possible.
