When I raise a ticket with Support, I have to say which Module it relates to.
But instead of offering a list of Modules, the field asks me to guess which category the module I'm frustrated with might have been assigned to. I struggle with this every time, because how I think about the modules isn't necessarily how iSAMS have grouped them. Aha! I thought today - they're grouped in the waffle menu too - maybe that will be a quicker way to confirm where they sit, instead of guessing then going Back, and guessing then going Back until I stumble across the right group.
However, when I raise a ticket, I will find Analytics & Insights under the 'Module' of Network Management. But my Waffle Menu offers me Analytics & Insights under the category of Reporting!
It's so confusing! Why can't I simply start typing Analy.... and go straight to the module I know I want to talk about?
Rant over! Thanks for listening. I do appreciate the ability to make suggestions and the changes you are making to improve the product.
Hi Kerry,
Thanks for this suggestion.
This is something we are investigating currently and trying to find a better method to capture this data.
Once we have an update for how we are going to improve this, we will communicate this out.
Regards
Joe
I currently go to the Control Panel, Modules & Programmes page and expand all the folders there. Ctrl + F my module name. Then only go to the Submit a request page and follow the path from the Control Panel to select the Module.
