We require the ability to insert a unique field into a mail merge letter to parents using external data from an Excel spreadsheet. For example, we send out a unique hyperlink and separate code to parents for accessing their child's school photo taken by the school photographer. We currently do this in Outlook but it would be beneficial to have the correspondence set through iSAMS so the communication is saved to the pupil file.
