In many cases in schools, a class will have shared teachers, whereby one teacher teaches some of their lessons, and another teacher teaches others. (In Senior schools commonly known as split classes.) However, in isams it is only possible to have one "primary teacher" and the other teacher has to be added on via the timetable, and as an associate teacher in Teaching Manager.
Missed registration emails are only sent to the primary teacher, not to the teacher that is actually teaching the class that day on the timetable.
This means that the person responsible for taking the register does not receive a reminder email. Even if they are not teaching the class, the "primary teacher" receives a reminder email.
Please can the missed registration emails be adjusted so that they send to the person who is teaching the class that day on the timetable, not the primary teacher.
