Is it possible to adapt the medical centre module at Rugby School Japan to make it easier for our team and to give a prompt school-wide interface that helps with safeguarding and registers. The Medical Centre module is currently on our dashboard which is great and we use it in a similar way to the out of school and off games modules so we can check where certain pupils are.
Can I ask if it can be adapted for us (we don't mind paying) so it has the following:
- Remove the first layer, no need to include staff, just straight to the pupil search function
- Prefill the 'visit type' (screenshot below) with symptoms
- Prefill the 'Location' with HC
- remove the need for 'Reason' or prefill with a generic term
- Be able to leave the 'Time To' blank until they have left to be able to indicate to all staff that they are still in the medical centre. In this way, teachers, when checking the dashboard will see that a pupil has arrived at the medical centre but is yet to leave and therefore they should register them accordingly
