The ability to import data into iSAMS is absolutely essential. We constantly need to add new student information as we collect it, as well as update existing records.
For example, every year we ask all parents at the school to update their information through a form. This includes changes to phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, medical information, authorised individuals for school pick-up, student passport details for school trips, and any other new or updated information.
We also need to upload information related to school bus routes, extracurricular activities, special educational needs, and other areas.
Currently, all of this has to be done either manually, which involves spending countless hours entering data, or by submitting requests to iSAMS. In the latter case, we still have to organise and enter the information into a specific template, which also requires considerable time and effort.
Having a straightforward and efficient way to import and update data directly in iSAMS would significantly reduce administrative workload, save time, and improve data accuracy.
