Currently, using the Email Wizard in the Student Manager to email to parents, if a contact with blank value in the email address field is selected, the Billing Email Address value of that contact has been pulled through instead. This causes us serious issues of involving unnecessary people in sensity emails from our teachers to parents.
When a contact has no email address, the Email Wizard should leave it as blank and ignore it istead of pick-up the emails in the billing email address field which is used for billing purpose only.
Would you please look at this and fix it, as this relates to health and safety matter.
